A PCN charge is £50 and payment must be received before the end of a period of 14 days beginning with the date of the notice.  If payment isn’t made within the 14 days beginning with the date of the notice, the Civil Penalty Charge will be increased to £80
How to pay?

By Post – Fill in the payment slip at the bottom of the notice and send it with your payment to:

Please make cheques and postal orders payable to RCP Parking Ltd. Please write the penalty charge notice number on the back of the cheque. Please do not send post-dated cheques as they will not be accepted. Please do not send cash through the post.

Please ensure that you have your Penalty Charge notice number and a debit or credit card to hand.

How to appeal

Representations regarding the issue of a PCN must be made in writing within 14 days of issue and addressed to:

Full details must be provided on the payment slip section of the PCN along with any other documentation which may be relevant for your appeal.
